On Friday, June 10, 2022, Sophie Gattefossé Moyrand, awarded a 2021 grant to the Aromatherapy project team at La Timone Hospital in Marseille, led by Dr. Carole Coze, an oncopediatrician.
The first workshop, bringing together two children and their mothers, was held just before the award ceremony. “It was a very rich moment”, congratulates Dr. Carole Coze. The principle of this workshop is to explain the interest of essential oils to relieve the small ailments of their illnesses and to have them choose two preparations that they make with the help of the nursing team.
One of the children chose a preparation to relieve his nausea and he was happy to leave after this pleasant moment with his bottle on which he had written ‘Magic Potion’!
