First grant for a medical imaging department!

On February 21, 2023, the Foundation awarded a grant to the Jonzac Hospital Center to support the ImaRoMa project led by Charlène Vias, a medical medical radio operator. Since 2021, she has been introducing essential oils to the imaging department thanks to her training in clinical aromatherapy. She has set up the ImaRoMa project, which offers anxious patients an olfactory experience to reduce their anxiety related to the medical exam.

The grant will finance an observational study with the inclusion of 400 patients to evaluate the interest of this innovative program and to finance the collective training of the teams to extend the protocols to the different services of the hospital.
